Job Title: Mobile Electrical Engineer

Job Summary: Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to work across Luton, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile devices, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing mobile devices to a high standard
  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Working with customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement new technical solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field

Requirements:

  • Experience working with mobile devices and technical support
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and hours
