About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Mountain Warehouse. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Deliver great customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Encourage the team to hit their KPIs and maintain high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising
  • Support the management team with store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Be a brand ambassador and promote the Mountain Warehouse brand and values

About You

We are looking for someone with previous supervisory or team leader experience, who is able to motivate and lead a team, has good organisational skills, and a passion for selling and customer engagement.
