Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team at Tallgrass Recruitment Limited. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own business, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own business, focusing on profitability and business development
- Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance
- Motivate and inspire your team, running regular meetings and coaching sessions
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support
- Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and develop a reputation as an expert in your field
- Work closely with your team to download new properties and agree a suitable strategy to match potential purchasers
What We Offer
- Basic Salary: £29,000
- On Target Earnings: £60,000 (Guaranteed earning for the first 4 months)
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- Additional Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance (up to £4,000), Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday, Pension, Life Insurance, Private Healthcare, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme
