Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a reputable school in Merton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to work with children aged 4-11 years old, supporting their academic and personal growth. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring each student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching support across various year groups
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with teachers
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
  • Clear DBS check
  • Licence to work in the UK
