About the Role:

The Scottish Wildlife Trust is seeking a skilled Knowledge Officer to join their Riverwoods Blueprint Project team. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in developing an engaging practitioner's hub in the Riverwoods Digital Centre of Excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience using ArcGIS and related tools to contribute to the realisation of the Riverwoods vision.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in GIS, IT, and data analysis, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

We are offering a salary of approximately £28,500 per annum, based on a 0.7FTE contract, and a range of benefits including one wellness hour per week, enhanced pension scheme, and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an engaging practitioner's hub in the Riverwoods Digital Centre of Excellence
  • Create opportunity mapping and project cost calculation tools
  • Design data schema, map interface, and associated data flows
  • Develop guidance documents for implementing a Riverwoods Measuring and Monitoring Framework
