Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation
    • Design and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
    • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
    • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
    • Develop and implement processes to prevent technical issues
  • Leadership and Mentorship
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
    • Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a software development or IT services company
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
    • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
    • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
