We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager at Greenacre Park care home in Leicester.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to utilise your nursing leadership skills and make a real difference every day. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues, driving quality and maintaining high standards of care on your unit.
You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee all aspects of clinical care delivery, including managing medication, reviewing care plans and risk assessments, and providing strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities- Lead your unit's care and nursing teams to ensure we meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of our residents.
- Provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage all your unit's clinical elements and risks.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect care interventions appropriately.
- A thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care.
- A good standard of digital skills.
- Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
