Requirements:

  • Proven experience in defined benefit pensions administration, with a strong understanding of scheme rules and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional qualifications, such as progress towards PMI, are desirable but not essential.
