Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Optimization Specialist to join our team in Ledbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or manufacturing and be looking for a new challenge where they can make a real impact. You will be responsible for implementing process improvements and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
