Private Client Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Alexander Lyons Solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Private Client Lawyer to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and drafting documents related to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Deeds of Variation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and draft documents related to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Deeds of Variation.
  • Create and administer trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
  • Actively engage in marketing and business development activities to promote the firm and its services.
  • Maintain high standards of client care, keeping clients informed and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the firm's policies.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years PQE with demonstrable experience in a wide range of Private Client matters.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
  • Strong business development acumen and enthusiasm for promoting the firm.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and supporting colleagues at all levels.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with legal advancements.
