Assessment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our dedicated team as an Assessment Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting older people through the initial stages of our Telephone Friendship Service.
Key Responsibilities- Support older people through the initial stages of the service, ensuring processes run safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with volunteers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with older people, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for supporting older people and understanding their needs.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
