About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our dedicated team as an Assessment Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting older people through the initial stages of our Telephone Friendship Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support older people through the initial stages of the service, ensuring processes run safely and efficiently.
  • Work closely with volunteers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with older people, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for supporting older people and understanding their needs.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
