What will you do?

Manage your own caseload across broad property types, including:

  • Listed buildings, high-value rural residential properties, and unregistered land
  • Advise on complex farm and agricultural property transactions
  • Projects will include farm diversification and renewable energy projects, nutrient neutrality issues
  • Advise on support payments and tenancies, rights of way, environmental issues
  • Work closely with other departments, including real estate, energy, and planning
  • Advise a wide client base, including farming families, landed estates, investors, banks, and private individuals

What will you need?

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 1 year of property experience, ideally including HNW and/or agricultural/rural property matters
  • Candidates with agricultural experience from smaller practices and looking to step up are welcome to apply
  • Residential conveyancing lawyers looking to specialise in agricultural matters are also encouraged to apply
