Lead Installer Job Description

Future Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing various sign systems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend sites to install signs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to health and safety procedures.
  2. Liaise with clients and represent the company at all times, providing excellent customer service.
  3. Load and unload company vehicles, ensuring signs are properly secured.
  4. Operate light machinery, access equipment, and tools in accordance with industry standards.
  5. Fit vinyl in different environments, including internal and external locations.
  6. Install window graphics and maintain personal tools and equipment.
  7. Demonstrate strong attention to detail while multitasking or working on own initiative.
  8. Hold CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA certifications (distinct advantage).
  9. Hold a full UK Driving License (Lead Fitter Role).
  10. Be comfortable working at heights and with power tools.
  11. Ability to use a sign lab/plotter is preferable.

The role will be mainly locally based with some national travel and nights away approximately 1 - 2 nights per week.
