Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter

Are you a skilled mechanic looking for a challenging role in the field? We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Briggs Equipment.

About the Role:
  • As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel, LPG, and electrical materials handling equipment.
  • You will work independently and under pressure to ensure customer service is kept to a high level and any queries are addressed.
  • You will adhere to safety guidelines set and all policies set out by customers and Briggs Equipment.
  • You will complete job activity electronically and ensure all required parts to complete tasks are ordered.
  • You will ensure the company vehicle is maintained to a high standard and correctly stocked.
  • You will maintain and develop customer relationships through high standards of service.
Requirements:
  • Relevant technical qualification
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure
  • The ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Understanding customer needs
