The key to our success lies in our team members, particularly our Retail Advisors. As part of our O2 stores, you'll be part of a dynamic team that excels in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store appearance, and supporting each other in learning new skills and career development.
We're looking for a self-motivated, engaged, and passionate individual who can deliver authentic customer experiences. Whether you're new to the Retail Advisor role or seeking to advance your career, you'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible 30-hour per week environment with a dynamic team.
Upon joining, you'll undergo a comprehensive induction program, where you'll learn about our LEAP framework, which is the training that sets our customers talking about their amazing experiences in store.

- Experience in Retail or Customer Service.
- Understanding of VMO2's products and services.
- Willingness to work additional hours.
- Ability to adapt to business needs.
