Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Process Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising our manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Optimisation: Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Design and Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Technology Integration: Implement new technologies to improve production capabilities and efficiency.
  5. Prototyping: Participate in prototyping and testing new products and manufacturing methods.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in manufacturing process design and optimisation.
  3. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  4. Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
