Job Details

St Francis of Assisi Catholic College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis, covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students at Key Stage 3, 4, and 5.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching English to students at all abilities
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve academic goals

Requirements:
  • QTS status
  • Ability to teach 11-18 at all abilities
  • Enthusiasm for teaching English and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school
  • ICT literacy and evidence of continuous professional development
