We are working with a leading food services company to find a skilled Project and Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficiency and reliability of their production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management initiatives, including CAPEX projects, facility expansion, process improvement, and technology upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, anticipating and resolving project-related issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of failures.
