About the Role

The Industry Solutions Architect is a key member of our team, responsible for advancing sales opportunities and providing expert guidance to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the utilities industry and the ability to communicate complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure customer needs are met and provide feedback on new features and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Support the proposal response function by providing expert input and collaborating with the response team.

Requirements

  • 10-20 years of experience in a similar senior role in the utilities industry or service product organizations that serve this industry.
  • Broad understanding of Asset Management, including other industries, preferably with experience in implementing or project managing Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with industry executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Management and field operational experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with additional European languages an advantage.
  • Relevant industry technical experience, with TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
