As a Vehicle Prepper, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing your skills and expertise to ensure our high standards are met.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare vehicles for paint by removing old finishes and preparing surfaces for transformation
• Work with a team to mask vehicles accurately and protect surrounding areas from overspray
• Remove signwriting and decals with precision, ensuring a smooth finish
• Lead the strip and fit process of parts and panels, working closely with colleagues to achieve a seamless finish
• Fill and sand surfaces to achieve a flawless finish, meeting our high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Our Offer:
• Competitive salary up to £30,000 per year, based on experience
