About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every interaction is a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent grooming standards, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
  • Supervise Floor Service: Oversee the smooth operation of our front of house team, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  • Multitask with Ease: Be able to multitask between supervising floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, and banqueting service, as required.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to and supervise the adherence to all guidelines provided in relation to cleaning, sanitizing, and returning to usage of all tables, chairs, and equipment to ensure compliance with company and government guidelines surrounding Covid-19.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Be fluent with correct food handling and service procedures relating to food hygiene, health, safety, and allergy awareness.
  • Respect Social Distancing: Ensure to respect all social distancing measures as mandated by government and the company, not only with guests but also between associates.
  • Assist with Reservations and Sales: Assist management and fellow supervisors with answering guest enquiries for reservations, taking and positively converting groups enquiries, and any additional sales/revenue generating activities.
  • Harmonious Relationships: Create a harmonious relationship with the culinary and back of house teams, and assist them where necessary to ensure that we are exceeding guest expectations with every visit.
