About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our Prezzo team in Southport. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian cuisine to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Italian dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, ensuring that you can provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with our culinary team.
