Job Title: Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Transform SR Brands. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our solution architects and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain our technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
  • Partner with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and advise our organization on their potential impact.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in software implementation and solution design.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technology trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business value.
  • TOGAF certification, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
