Fleet Coordinator and Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator and Administrator to support our fleet compliance and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer the fleet database and fleet management software to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practice.
  • Provide guidance on administration tasks for fleet regulatory vehicle compliance, including RFL, MOT, and LOLER.
  • Coordinate and administer maintenance compliance documentation, including PMI, MOT, and service events.
  • Ensure adherence to Operator license compliance obligations in line with the restricted license held by Nationwide Platforms.
  • Lead and support the location transport team to ensure scheduled and reactive maintenance activities are completed and maintain a high degree of fleet availability.
  • Validate invoices from third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and authorized spend.
  • Support the Fleet Management Team to ensure continuous compliance of all regulatory and self-imposed transport standards, including FORS.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience working in a fleet and transport environment.
  • Knowledge of operator licensing and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to improve and develop current policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrable communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical strengths with ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and problem-solve.
  • Knowledge of the FORS standard and requirements.
