Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Aspirare Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional reactive and planned maintenance services for commercial sites in Fife and surrounding areas.

• Carry out remedial work, including repairs to pipework, leaks, and maintaining water systems.
• Follow health and safety policies and regulations.
• Perform reactive maintenance and repairs on sanitary ware, toilets, taps, and radiators.
• Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing maintenance.
• Experience within the facilities management industry performing plumbing maintenance on commercial sites.
• Time served or completion of SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating.
• Full UK driver's license.

The successful Plumber will be offered a competitive salary of £34,000 to £36,000 per annum, with the potential of on-target earnings of £45K. The role also includes a fully equipped company van, fuel card, and travel time.
