Neurorehabilitation Therapist

Estimated Salary: £43,500 - £49,100 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Neurorehabilitation Therapist to join our team in Lancashire, working with individuals who have experienced brain injuries.

In this rewarding role, you will develop and implement tailored therapy programmes to help individuals regain essential communication and swallowing skills.

You will work closely with a compassionate multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, person-centred care and make a significant impact on people's lives.

• Manage a caseload of individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure effective care.
• Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
• Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Experience: At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
• Skills: Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
