Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Jane Gorse Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, renewing, and canceling contracts, as well as assigning and raising purchase orders for subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create, renew, and cancel contracts on the system, including actioning annual contract price increases in liaison with Regional Operations Managers.
* Assign and raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
* Contact clients 7 days prior to a payment due to confirm that the client does not have any claim, investigating and resolving any concerns.
* Put accounts on stop or issue stop payments as and when required following discussions with the Finance Manager for invoices for customers.
* Obtain credit information on customers prior to creating a new contract and raise any concerns with the Finance Manager.
* Perform additional tasks to cover the Finance Manager as necessary.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in finance administration, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
* Excellent polished telephone manner.
