Job Title: ESOL Tutor

Location: Remote or On-Site

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ESOL Tutor to join our team and teach English language skills to students of various levels. As an ESOL Tutor, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering instruction, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver ESOL lessons to students of various levels
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching materials
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in ESOL teaching

Requirements:

• Level 5 Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Certificate in Education, TESOL)
• Level 3 or equivalent qualification in teaching subject area
• Experience teaching ESOL to students of various levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage challenging behavior
