About the Role:

An experienced Autocentre Service Manager is required to lead our busy centre in Northampton. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, with a strong background in MOT, service maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build a high-performing team of Technicians and MOT Testers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, plus bonuses, OTE £48,000.
