Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Achieve maintenance targets while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.
- Supervise contractors and collaborate with various teams as necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
- Proactively troubleshoot and apply creative problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular plant and area safety inspections.
- Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log and report all activities promptly.
Requirements:
- A demonstrable no-compromise approach to Health & Safety legislation, ideally in a process or power industry.
- Engineering qualifications such as City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent), including a recognized apprenticeship.
Benefits Package:
- Salary: £45,774
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- Call Out: 1 in 4 weekends
- Bonus: Up to 10% annually
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
- Pension: 4-7% matched pension contribution
