Community Paediatrician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatrician to join our team as a Community Consultant Paediatrician in the Redbridge Specialist Children Service.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior medical support and guidance to the team, working directly with babies, children and young people, and their families, and liaising as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing senior medical support and guidance to the team
- Working directly with babies, children and young people, and their families
- Liaising with other external health providers and acute hospitals
- Participating in the local Child Protection rota
- Supporting peers and team leader
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
- CCT or equivalent
- Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
- At least 2 years' experience in Community Child Health
