As a Product Support Specialist at ERIKS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' industrial processes. Your expertise in process valves and supply chain management will enable you to provide valuable solutions to our customers' challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers on process valve-related issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues and improve delivery performance
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with core suppliers
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process improvements
