Job Title: Senior IT Systems Manager at Movement8

About the Job:
This is an excellent opportunity to join Movement8 as a Senior ICT Infrastructure Specialist, where you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our services and driving business growth by implementing and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in infrastructure engineering, particularly in Windows, Azure, and Hyper-V. Your expertise should include virtualisation, physical servers, storage, networking principles, and technologies. Additionally, experience with on-prem data centre maintenance and management, configuring and maintaining network devices, DR implementation, and hardware and software patching/firmware upgrades would be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premises servers (Windows), virtualisation (Hyper-V), and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Ensure the performance and availability of the infrastructure through regular maintenance, patching, and updates
- Manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and drive business growth

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably in Windows, Azure, and Hyper-V
- Strong knowledge of virtualisation, physical servers, storage, networking principles, and technologies
- Experience with on-prem data centre maintenance and management, configuring and maintaining network devices, DR implementation, and hardware and software patching/firmware upgrades
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
