Senior Support Worker Opportunity

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Southampton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to gain independence in their daily lives
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service, including allocating shifts, booking training, and inducting new colleagues
  • Support with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals manage their finances
  • Contribute to a dynamic team that provides a welcoming and friendly environment for individuals and colleagues alike
