Freight Courier Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Freight Courier Specialist to join our team in Bolton. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely deliveries.

• Job Type: Full-time, self-employed position
• Pay Rate: £110 per day, plus VAT and mileage
• Location: Bolton

1. Drive Company Vehicle: Safely operate a company-provided van to deliver goods to customers within designated areas.
2. Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, adhering to company standards.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
4. Route Management: Effectively plan and manage routes to ensure timely deliveries, minimizing delays.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, complying with company policies and procedures.

• Driving Experience: Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a delivery or logistics role.
• Reliability: Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of reliability.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
