Financial Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Coordinator.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately £33,000 per annum, plus an annual performance bonus and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the purchasing ledger and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Oversee payment runs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain vendor accounts and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the month-end close process and ensure timely completion.
Requirements for the Position
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP).
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AAT is preferred.
  • A keen interest in supporting a fast-paced business environment.
