Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a quality catering service that meets the needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
  • Minimise wastage and use equipment correctly
  • Escalate concerns and issues to the Chef Manager

Requirements:

  • Level 2 food safety certificate
  • Health and safety procedures, including COSHH
  • Previous catering experience with knowledge of basic food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment
  • Experience of working with older people
