As a Surgery Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities- Pre-operative testing, patient instruction, and medical record updates;
- Assisting surgeons during consent appointments and treatments;
- HCA roles in IOL theatre, supporting the surgical team and patients;
- Reporting incidents and contributing to patient safety initiatives;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Technical knowledge and ability to convey complex information;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
- Flexibility to travel to other clinics;
