About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced freight forwarder to join our team in Bradford. As a European Road Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring market habits and notifying management when appropriate. You will also deal with customer complaints in a timely manner and maintain and update customer files with interactions, transactions, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring shipments from start to end, ensuring the customer is informed with the appropriate information throughout.
  • Arranging transport of goods into depot.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of road freight forwarding experience.
  • Successful history of building customer relationships.
