Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate KS1 pupils.
  • Develop a balanced curriculum focusing on academic and personal development.
  • Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments (SATs), ensuring high standards of progress and achievement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupils' learning experience.
  • Participate in whole-school events, extra-curricular activities, and staff meetings.
Requirements
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  2. The ability to differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
  3. A passion for developing children's confidence, resilience, and love for learning.
  4. A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  5. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with parents and the wider school community.
