Graduate Structural Engineer

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate structural engineer to join our team in the Cardiff office. As a key member of our civil and structural design consultancy, you will work on a variety of projects, including steel, concrete, and masonry design, from conception to completion.

Our client offers a comprehensive training program, allowing you to develop your skills in design, project management, and collaboration with the drafting team. To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong degree in civil or structural engineering (a 2:1 or first-class MEng being preferable)
  • Previous experience in steel/concrete design, such as university modules, would be beneficial
  • A working knowledge of CAD would be advantageous, although not essential
  • A hardworking and proactive approach to work, with strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Relocation to the Cardiff area is a plus, but we can also consider candidates willing to relocate
