**Become an Early Years Educator/Practitioner with Us

**Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Educator/Practitioner to join our team in Nelson, Lancashire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, ages [insert age range], and supporting their individual needs and development.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Child Development: Support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities and educational programs.
  • Safeguarding and Child Protection: Implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children, adhering to the Early Years Framework and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
**Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience working within Early Years settings is essential.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of child development theories, the Early Years Framework, and safeguarding procedures.
**Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children.
