Mixology Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating beautifully crafted drinks.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers. They will maintain an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service, while keeping the bar area clean and well-maintained.

We estimate that this role can earn between £18,000 - £22,000 per year, based on 20 hours of part-time work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers.
• Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service.
• Keeping the bar area clean and well-maintained.
• Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them, and how they should be presented.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
