Senior HR Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled HR Project Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our HR Shared Services function, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects across the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver projects across the HR function and drive continuous improvement.
- Liaising with subject matter experts across HR to scope, plan, and implement projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Designing change management approaches to ensure effective communication and analyzing people data to communicate key insights.
- Driving continuous improvement and maturity in project management and PMO activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A practical understanding of key HR processes and practice.
- Experience of delivering HR projects in central and operational teams.
- An understanding of project management and HR processes in complex organizations.
- An ability to analyze, interpret, and report back key themes and make recommendations.
- Strong relationship skills, able to communicate, challenge, and influence a variety of stakeholders effectively.
