Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our manufacturing and construction business.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and control production and manufacturing accounts
- Prepare monthly management accounts and regular group reports
- Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and prepare year-end accounts and group consolidation
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support Chief Financial Officer in preparation of plans and forecasts
- Support Chief Financial Officer on ad-hoc commercial projects
- Qualified Accountant with manufacturing or production accounting experience
- Proven staff management and motivation skills
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
