Youth Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team in Rhondda, providing exceptional care and support for young people with complex needs in our semi-rural children's homes.

• Deliver high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Build strong relationships with young people, families, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Prior experience in care is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
• A positive, caring, and reliable attitude, with compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.
• Enthusiasm for promoting independence and choice for young people, with excellent communication skills.
• A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience, with a minimum age of 22 due to role requirements.
• A full UK manual driving license (essential).
