To succeed in this role, you will need to be a swimming enthusiast with excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness. You will also need to have a feel for business and be an expert in your field.

The job is usually part-time and involves a mix of administration and hands-on work. You will be a dedicated Swim professional, leading by example and committed to helping members achieve their goals.

What We Need from You

  • A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent
  • A genuine passion for fitness
  • Strong engagement, good communication, and active listening skills
  • A great team player with a willingness to share knowledge and best practice

You'll be a dedicated Swim professional, who leads by example and is entirely committed to helping members achieve their aims, no matter what the age
