Job Description

  • Deal with inbound Incidents and Requests via our help desk system.
  • Log, prioritize, and classify tickets, acquiring as much information as possible.
  • Provide first-line support and investigation services.
  • Evaluate the need for escalation to an appropriate engineer.
  • Update customers on their ticket progress regularly.
  • Perform daily and weekly checks of backups and remote monitoring systems.
  • Ensure accurate time logging for every ticket.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Salary and Benefits
