We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Southern Construction team in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team to ensure business targets and KPIs are exceeded.
- Prepare and review monthly cost/value reports for the area, analyzing trends with other contract team members.
- Produce commercial reports, reviewing results and considering trends with other contract team members.
- Conduct physical measurements of works and agree on same with clients and subcontractors.
- Agree on certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring against forecasts.
Requirements:
- Holder of a Full UK Driver's Licence.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Confident IT skills, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
