About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our business development team and drive growth for our clients. As a key member of our Executive Talent team, you'll be responsible for inspiring and guiding a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Your Mission

Your primary objective will be to retain and grow our client relationships through strategic business development and client services. You'll need to be a skilled communicator, able to educate and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results. Your core competencies will include:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their best
  • Leading by example and setting high standards for client service and business development
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional retention rates
  • Delivering against deadlines and driving results-oriented thinking
